I bought one of the nicest cars I' ve ever had in my entire life from these guys. From start to finish it was a TRUE pleasure. The sale man, Raymond, was genuinely concerned about all of my questions. I actually bought a Porsche from them, and it only had one key. They told me their policy was to give two keys no matter what... I know a Porsche key is $350, and they told me it didn't matter, they wanted me to have another key. Not only did they buy the new key, they had the key DELIVERED to me so I didn't have to go out of my way to get it! To take it a step further, when I went in to pick up the title, I had remarked on how good I thought my car smelled when I bought it. Since the first time i purchased a vehicle from morning star i was amazed at the customer service i recieved from them. Now i just recently purchased my 3rd vehicle and the service hasnt changed. I cant imagine ever going anywhere else. However when in the market for a new car I spend days doing my research and comparing cars and prices, but I can never find any vehicle for such a great deal when comparing to morning star. The one time they didnt have the type of vehicle I was looking for, they took the time searching for that specific one. They found it, comparing to what I was going to pay for the same vehicle every were else, the one they found had a quarter of the miles and was sold to me cheaper then every were else. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from Morning Star. The way I was taken care of by everyone was a refreshing experience. I was able to walk their lot and not feel any pressure. All the sales staff was very friendly and helpful. It was neat that the salesman that sold me my car also appraised my trade, arranged my financing, and did the paperwork. There were no secrets and no private conversations. I felt like I was involved in everything with the purchase. They are straight forward with everything!
